Payroll & CIS

There is a lot of legislation around employment and you need to be able to place trust in those handling something as important as your payroll. We offer a comprehensive range of payroll services and advice that helps you keep your payroll administration costs to a minimum whilst ensuring your payroll runs reliably and smoothly, leaving you with the peace of mind required to focus on running your business.


We will assist you with the payroll registration process and run the payroll, and set up and manage your workplace pensions. We provide and distribute your payslips by email, and advise you of payments due to HMRC. We can arrange to make payments from the company’s bank account directly to the employees’ personal bank accounts, and make the payments to HMRC.


For your payroll, we process Starters and Leavers, Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP), Statutory Adoption Pay (SAP), Ordinary Statutory Paternity Pay (OSPP), Additional Statutory Paternity Pay (ASPP), Student Loans, Cycle to work schemes, Salary Sacrifices, Pay in lieu of notice, Redundancy, Attachment of earnings orders (AEO), Give as you earn, taxable benefits and P11Ds, Real Time Information HMRC reporting, End of year returns, P45’s and P60’s, Universal Credit, Child Tax Credit (CTC) and Working Tax Credits (WTC).


Pensions

It is a legal requirement for all employers to provide a pension for their employees. We will set up and run your workplace pension scheme and help you to ensure that you comply with all the requirements of auto-enrolment. We calculate employee and employer contributions according to your pension scheme type, automatically enrol eligible job holders and keep your pension provider informed about new joiners and leavers. We send pension data directly to providers, ensuring accuracy before submission. We generate auto-enrolment letters for each employee joining your pension scheme and complete the Declaration of Compliance after your staging date and when due every three years.


Construction Industry Scheme

We also register and run Construction Industry Scheme payrolls. CIS is a government initiative which aims to ensure that contractors and subcontractors in the construction industry are paying the correct amount of tax. Under the scheme, contractors must register with HMRC for CIS and complete a monthly return. We will publish your CIS payslips directly to your contractors and advise you of how much to pay HMRC on their behalf.
